I’m an award winning Sr. UX Lead Designer that focuses on turning problems into clear, intuitive experiences that actually work for people and move the business forward. My work sits at the overlap of providing design solutions, reporting, and leadership direction. I build solutions that scale, help teams adopt AI, and weave UX strategy into everyday decisions with a strong emphasis on human centered design.

Along the way, I’ve mentored teams, partnered with stakeholders across the business, and built design practices that support growth, innovation, and clarity. My goal in this new frontier we face in tech is to remain agile to adapting and creating AI powered solutions while keeping focus on the human element that needs to remain.
